“Expressions Northwest”, the juried art show, always an integral part of Art Port Townsend, opened with fanfare! A special reception, held at Northwind Arts Center on Friday, October 3rd, honored the award winners chosen by Barbara Shaiman, director of Seattle Art Museum’s SAM Gallery.
Best in Show: “It’s Mine” a wood mosaic created by Naoko Morisawa.
