Most Northwind juried shows require the artist bring in the original art a few days before the show for juror selection. You will be notified by phone only if all your entries are accepted, otherwise plan to pick up unaccepted work on the days specified in the prospectus!
Northwind will accept digital files or CDs only as specified in the show prospectus. Entries to Art Port Townsend must be submitted as digital images, although show awards will be judged from the original works of art.

Image Guidelines
It is essential that the juror see a representative image of your artwork; in particular the color must be accurate. Poorly lit or color shifted images can disqualify your work. Consider having your work professionally photographed.
You can either include a CD with your images when you mail in your entry form or you attach the images to an e-mail to:

- Send high quality jpeg images, at least 1024 pixels along the longer dimension. Image files must not exceed 2MB.
- File name must be in the following format: lastnamefirstinitial_title.jpg Mac users may need to add the .jpg file name extension (example: smithj_snowstorm.jpg).
- A maximum of three entries per artist may be submitted for jurying
- For 2-D art submit only one image per entry.
- For 3-D work up to three images may be submitted per entry.
- Please include the following information in your email or in a text file or CD label in case the images become separated from your prospectus:
- Your name with a list of the image files labeled A, B & C to correlate with the prospectus, the work titles, medium and dimensions. Example:
Kate Snow
A) House with Crow, solar plate etching, 12″ x 12″
B) Home, solar plate etching, 8″ x 8″
