Northwind Arts Center consists of two adjacent galleries staffed by a volunteer docent. The Center is open noon to 5 pm, Thursday through Monday, and first Saturday Art Walk. The Center is closed Tuesday & Wednesday.
The exhibition gallery features a rotating monthly show, and the adjacent Artist Showcase provides wall space to up to 20 regional artists who rotate the art work on display frequently. Enter the exhibit gallery through our front door and turn to your right to enter the Showcase Gallery. Space in the Artist Showcase gallery is available by application, and the rental fee is charged based on the size & location of the available wall space.
Northwind Arts Center is located at 2409 Jefferson, and is visible from Sims Way. The front door opens into the Exhibit Gallery, and the Artist Showcase Gallery is behind two large windows at the far right.
The large front room of the Artist Showcase sometimes doubles as workshop space or is used for special art events when the Galleries are closed.
