Artist Statement

Katy Morse is a Color of Woman Teacher and Intentional Creativity Coach, following the lineage of Shiloh Sophia McCloud Lewis. She explores the many faces of the Divine Feminine, using art as a spiritual journey for personal transformations. “I believe we all have a creative Muse who is longing to be expressed. In the paintings and courses I offer a step by step process that allows your unique image, your personal exploration of self to be revealed.”

Biography

Katy began her explorations of art at an early age, and graduated from Fairhaven College, WWU in 1983 with a degree in “Spiritual Creativity”. After being crowned the Rosehip Kween of PT Kinetic Sculpture Race in 1997, she became Art Director for the Magic Bus and traveled the west coast as a Rainbow Goddess badass racer. Her current love affair with Cosmic Cowgirl University is melding a delight in color and paint, with freedom of expression, and deep inquiry to the nature of the divine feminine. Certified as Color of Woman Teacher and Intentional Creativity Coach in 2016, Katy offers classes in her private studio, and is preparing for her first gallery show.
