Thursday 7 pm, June 22. Tidepools 2017 readings from Peninsula College's literary magazine
Peninsula College’s art, literature, and music Tidepools Magazine, a publishing venue for Peninsula artists, writers, and musicians, will bring this year’s issue to Port Townsend’s Northwind Reading Series. The magazine is designed around the creative work of local residents: from youth to students, and from hobbyists to professional artists and musicians. This showcase for local talent is produced at Peninsula College and published annually. It has won two statewide awards for best literary magazine, and is run by media and English student co-editors in a magazine publishing course. Writers will read, artists will discuss their work, and musicians will perform. Copies of the magazine will be available at the event.
