Publicity

Northwind has an excellent volunteer staff that will ensure your workshop or exhibit is well attended.  It is essential that you and your contact/curator begin the publicity process at least eight weeks in advance of the event.

For gallery events, please complete the curator form at least 8 weeks prior to a show.

For gallery events, please complete the attached form at least 8 weeks prior to the event by opening the form, saving it to your computer, filling out the saved file (in Microsoft Word) and then emailing the completed document with associated images to NAA publicity contact Laurie Perrett - perrett@cablespeed.com for distribution to newsletter and website contacts."

All Publicity Images (gallery or workshop related)

Note that images must be SEPARATELY attached to the e mail, and of sufficient quality to be used in printed materials and black and white newspaper ads.  This means that the images must be 300 dpi at the size they will be printed.  Expect file sizes about 1 MB or larger.

If you choose to embed your images in the Word forms, please ALSO include the attached files for those images.  Attached images may be in jpeg, tiff or psd format.  Mac users: please make sure the appropriate file suffix (.doc, .jpg, .tif, or .psd) has been appended to your files.
